HRMS Data Cleansing Consultant Contract

Contract Duration: 6 months

Role Overview:

We are looking for HRMS Data Cleansing Consultants to support an HRMS implementation project. The role will focus on ensuring employee master data is accurate, complete, consistent, and migration-ready before system deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and validate HR data received from multiple sources.
- Identify and rectify data inconsistencies, duplicates, and missing information.
- Perform large-scale data cleansing, formatting, and reconciliation using Excel.
- Prepare data templates and reports for HRMS migration.
- Coordinate with HR, IT, and project teams to resolve data-quality issues.
- Maintain trackers, documentation, and progress reports for cleansing activities.

Required Skills:

- Advanced MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data validation, filtering, and reporting.
- Robust analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
- Hands-on experience in data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and data management.
- Ability to work with large datasets while maintaining high accuracy.
- Prior experience with HRMS/HRIS, ERP, or HR data migration will be an advantage.
