About the role OG Media 360 is hiring an HR & Talent Partner for our Noida office.

This is not a traditional HR role focused only on attendance, documents or recruitment portals.

We’re looking for someone who can manage people, find strong talent, build relationships and help create a up-to-date, high-energy workplace.

What you’ll own

→ Talent discovery across Media, Sales, Marketing, Content and Startups

→ Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline

→ Employee experience and day-to-day people management

→ Screening candidates and coordinating interviews

→ Interviews, onboarding and candidate experience

→ Communication with senior professionals and high-quality candidates

→ Networking across the startup, media and creator ecosystem

→ Office culture, employee engagement and team experience





→ Helping build OG Media 360 into a strong employer brand

Who we’re looking for

→ 1–4 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or People Operations

→ Strong communication and networking skills

→ Confident while dealing with senior professionals and candidates

→ Professional and well-presented

→ Proactive, energetic and people-oriented

→ Comfortable using LinkedIn and modern sourcing methods

→ Interested in Media, Marketing, Startups and Internet Businesses

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Work Mode: On-site

Employment Type: Full-time

CTC: ₹4.2 LPA – ₹5.4 LPA, depending on experience and fit
