Welspun GCC is hiring HR Trainees for its HR Shared Services team. This is a excellent opportunity to work with one of India's leading Global Capability Centers and gain exposure to global HR processes, best practices, and a professional shared services environment.

Role & Responsibilities

HR Operations Trainee

- Handling HR operations activities
- Managing Employee Self-Service (ESS) functions
- Invoice management and related coordination
- Maintaining HR records and documentation

Offboarding Trainee

- Managing employee exit formalities
- Coordinating end-to-end offboarding activities
- Ensuring accurate documentation and process compliance





Preferred Candidate Profile

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR functions
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in HR Shared Services

Compensation

- CTC: 2.18 LPA
- In-hand Salary: Approx. 18,000 per month
- Salary revision upon confirmation after one year (based on performance)
