- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, BGV, and offboarding.
- Mass Onboarding: Coordinate and execute mass onboarding sessions, ensuring all recent hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.
- Proven experience in managing the Hire to Retire process and handling mass onboarding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday (Mandate), Ariba,



and ServiceNow (Good to have).
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) applications in HR processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Preferred Skills:
- Experience in delivering orientation programs and employee training.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
