Role Description The HR Recruiter Trainee will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial phone or in-person interviews, and coordinating interview schedules. The role involves maintaining candidate databases, updating recruitment trackers, and assisting with job postings on various platforms and social media channels. The trainee will collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, help prepare job descriptions, and participate in campus drives or recruitment events as needed.





Additional responsibilities include assisting with onboarding documentation, basic HR administration tasks, and contributing to employer branding initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring a solid interest in building a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of recruitment and HR processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and tracking.
- Comfort with using MS Office tools and online job portals; familiarity with ATS or HR software is an advantage.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and work collaboratively within a team.
- Interest in the travel and technology sectors, with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Internship or academic project experience in HR or recruitment is a plus but not mandatory.
