Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive role based in Kukatpalli. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including understanding hiring needs, drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening profiles, and coordinating interviews.

The HR Recruiter will conduct initial assessments, schedule and facilitate interviews, and support hiring managers in selection decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining candidate pipelines, updating recruitment trackers and reports, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.



The role also includes collaborating with internal stakeholders on workforce planning and onboarding, and contributing to employer branding and talent outreach activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring to assess talent and support final selection decisions.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Relevant experience in HR, talent acquisition, or recruitment within education or service-oriented industries is beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Kukatpalli, manage multiple requisitions, and meet hiring timelines.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, job portals, and social media sourcing is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring practices.
