- Job Location : Andheri West
- Experience : 2 to 5 Years.
- Salary : 18000 to 25000 per month.
- Job Timing : 10 AM to 7 PM
- Facility : Have PF & ESIC.

- Hands-on sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-up, offer and joining closures
- Sourcing & Screening. : Understand hiring requirements from Hiring Managers.
- Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, social media.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, shortlist candidates.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate with interviewers.
- Manage offer rollout, background verification and joining formalities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Should be any graduate.
- Excellent communication in Hindi & English.
- Robust negotiation, convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals.
