:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates.

- Follow up regularly with clients regarding job requirements, candidate profiles, interviews, and selections.

- Maintain strong communication with clients and understand their manpower requirements.

- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates and ensure timely follow-ups.

- Maintain recruitment records, candidate status, and client updates.

- Build and maintain good relationships with clients for continuous recruitment requirements.

- Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Requirements:

- Any Degree / Diploma.

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of recruitment and client coordination.

- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.

- Freshers with good communication skills and experienced candidates can apply.

- Basic computer knowledge is required.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,853.89 per month
