HR Recruiter – BFSI / RCM Hiring

Location: Thoraipakkam, Chennai

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 0–1 Year

Working Hours: Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Package: 1 to 2 LPA

Roles & Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals and other recruitment channels.
- Handle recruitment activities for BFSI and RCM hiring requirements.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls and explain job roles, responsibilities, salary and interview process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Follow up with candidates to improve interview attendance and joining conversion.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and daily/weekly hiring reports.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of assigned requirements.
- Meet daily and weekly sourcing, interview and hiring targets.
- Maintain skilled communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team and hiring managers regarding candidate status, feedback and closures.

Candidate Requirements





- Any Graduate can apply; MBA HR / HR-related qualifications are preferred.
- 0–1 year of recruitment experience.
- Mandatory: Internship or prior practical experience in BFSI hiring and/or RCM hiring.
- Hands-on exposure to candidate sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms such as Naukri, Foundit, LinkedIn or similar job portals.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, convincing and candidate-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office and email communication.
- Ability to work with recruitment targets and manage multiple requirements.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Chennai-based candidates preferred.
