Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, identify suitable candidates, and support hiring needs across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage offer rollouts and onboarding coordination.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.
Experience: 1–2 Years
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
