We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Position: HR Recruiter

Work Mode: Work From Office

Work location:- Noida Sector 6, B-12

Duration: Full time

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process.

Source and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, WhatsApp, and other channels.

Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews.

Conduct initial candidate screening and follow-ups.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.

Assist in hiring EFO Trainers for the organization.

Communicate job requirements and company information clearly to candidates.





Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment process.

Support the HR team with day-to-day recruitment activities.

Who Can Apply?

Students, freshers, or candidates looking to start a career in HR.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes is an advantage.

Comfortable communicating with candidates over phone, WhatsApp, and other platforms.

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
