Aspire Globus is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with hands-on experience in freight brokerage hiring to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various freight brokerage and logistics roles.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate interviews.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
- Post jobs on relevant recruitment platforms and use sourcing tools effectively.
- Maintain recruitment records and track hiring progress.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in HR Recruitment, preferably in freight brokerage/logistics hiring.
- Robust understanding of recruiting techniques and sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment/ATS tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred.
