Location: Mulund, Mumbai

Experience: Freshers can apply

Joining: Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 1 week

Working Days: Tuesday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday & Monday

Salary: 20,000 22,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, confident, and responsible candidate to join our HR Process Outsourcing (HRPO) team in Mulund. Freshers are welcome, and training will be provided to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day HR outsourcing and coordination activities

Handle employee and client-related communication and follow-ups

¢ Maintain HR records and documentation

¢ Coordinate with candidates, employees, and clients as required





¢ Support recruitment and other HR-related processes

¢ Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

¢ Handle multiple responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism

Requirements

¢ Fresher or 02 years of experience

¢ Smart, presentable, and confident personality

¢ Good communication and interpersonal skills

¢ Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations

¢ Positive follow-up and coordination skills

¢ Willingness to learn and take responsibility

¢ Immediate joiners or candidates available within 1 week preferred
