HR PROFILE

1-2 YEARS: Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment &
- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for junior-to-midlevel roles across departments. Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, ATS management, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Onboarding &
- Induction: Facilitate new hire onboarding, document collection, background verification, and orientation to ensure a smooth transition.
- HR Operations &
- Administration: Maintain accurate digital and physical employee records, including attendance, leave, and personnel files. Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and employment contracts.
- Employee Relations &
- Engagement: Serve as the point of contact for employee queries regarding policies and perks. Plan and organize employee engagement activities, teambuilding events, and wellness initiatives.
- Payroll &

Benefits Support: Assist with payroll input preparation (attendance, leave tracking) and coordinate with finance for salary processing.



Help administer benefits programs (insurance, leave).

- Compliance: Ensure company compliance with local labor laws, safety norms, and internal policies.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications
- Experience: 12 years of hands-on experience in a generalist HR role or specialized recruitment role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for reporting).

Experience with HRIS, HRMS, or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is highly desirable.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and local language if required).
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Immediate Joiner: Immediate joiners or those with a short notice period are preferred Only Female Candidates are Preferred.
