About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, ambitious, and dedicated HR Manager who can independently manage HR operations and build a strong, motivated AI team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and leadership potential, be proactive in solving problems, and be comfortable using AI.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and exits. Lead and manage the recruitment process and ensure timely hiring of suitable candidates. Build a positive and productive work culture and maintain strong employee relationships.

Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and performance management systems. Monitor employee performance and support managers in improving team productivity. Maintain HR records, documentation, attendance, leave, and other HR-related processes.

Explore and implement AI tools and automation to improve business Build a high-performance, hardworking and growth-oriented team.

Qualifications

Graduate/MBA/PGDM in HR or Business. 58 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with experience handling HR independently. Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and statutory compliance. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and familiarity with up-to-date HR and AI tools.
