About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage our complete HR operations, employee lifecycle, recruitment, payroll coordination, performance management, and workplace policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.

- Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates.

- Prepare offer letters, joining letters, employment agreements, and HR documentation.

- Maintain employee records and HR databases.

- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee benefits.

- Handle employee performance reviews and appraisal processes.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

- Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues professionally.

- Coordinate employee training, development, and engagement activities.

- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies.

- Manage employee disciplinary and grievance procedures when required.

- Support management with workforce planning and HR reporting.

- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.





Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2–5 years of relevant HR experience.

- Robust knowledge of recruitment and employee management.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and HR tools.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in a technology/startup environment is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
