About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager / Senior HR Executive to independently manage HR Operations, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Payroll, Performance Management, and HR Compliance.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling the complete HR function in a quick-paced Digital Marketing and PR environment and working closely with management and department heads.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across Digital Marketing, IT, Sales, and other functions.
- Handle sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring requirements.

HR Operations & Payroll

- Manage day-to-day HR operations, payroll, attendance, leave, employee records, and documentation.
- Ensure accurate and timely HR reporting and documentation.
- Prepare appointment, confirmation, promotion, warning, termination, and other HR letters.

Performance & Employee Management

- Manage performance appraisals, confirmations, promotions, disciplinary actions, grievances, and employee exits.
- Handle employee relations, workplace concerns, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
- Support a positive and productive employee experience.

HR Policies & Compliance

- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and statutory/legal compliance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable labour laws.
- Maintain proper compliance-related records and documentation.

HR Management

- Independently manage multiple HR functions and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
- Work closely with management and department heads on HR requirements and employee-related matters.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably with strong exposure to HR Operations and Management.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, HR operations, policy-making,



and statutory/legal compliance.
- Experience using recruitment platforms such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other hiring channels.
- Strong communication, leadership, decision-making, and employee-handling skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a Digital Marketing, Marketing, Advertising, PR, or similar agency environment will be preferred.
