HR Manager

Experience: 3–6 years of experience in relevant roles

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Handle employee relations and HR queries
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination and employee records
- Support performance management and employee engagement
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations
- Manage HR documentation and reporting
- Support training and development initiatives

Requirements

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
- 3–6 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valuable knowledge of HR practices and labour compliance
- Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and organisational skills

Preferred Background

- IT / Technology Industry HR Experience
- Experience in HR Generalist / HR Manager roles, Recruitment & Talent Acquisition,



Employee Relations & HR Operations, handling HR policies, compliance & documentation, Performance Management & Employee Engagement, working with growing / mid-sized organisations.

Qualification & Experience

- Any Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
- 3–6 years of experience in HR roles.
