About the Role

We are seeking a agile and experienced HR Manager to oversee human resource operations in our growing real estate business. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in HR strategy, compliance, and employee engagement, while aligning HR practices with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment, handle grievances, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Performance Management: Implement appraisal systems, track KPIs, and support career development.
- Training & Development: Design and deliver training programs tailored to real estate professionals.
- Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce HR policies, ensuring alignment with industry standards.




- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain employee records, contracts, and ensure adherence to statutory requirements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
