FutureAce Hospital is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage the Human Resources function and support the organization in building an productive, engaged, and high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.

- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes in line with organizational requirements.

- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns professionally.

- Coordinate recruitment activities, interviews, selection, and joining formalities.

- Monitor employee attendance, performance, probation, and confirmation processes.

- Coordinate payroll, statutory compliance, PF, ESI, and other HR-related requirements.

- Prepare HR reports, MIS, manpower reports, and management updates.

- Coordinate employee training, development, engagement, and welfare activities.





- Work closely with HODs and management on manpower planning and employee-related matters.

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and organizational policies.

- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee information and HR documentation.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3–5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a hospital or healthcare organization.

- Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll, and statutory compliance.

- Good communication, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in HRMS/HIS system.

- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
