We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Manager who can independently manage HR operations and help build a structured HR system for the organisation.

Job Overview:

Must-Have Requirements

- 2-4 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Zoho People and Zoho Payroll is mandatory.
- Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.




- Ability to build and structure HR systems, processes, and policies.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, performance management, and employee relations.
- Valuable knowledge of HR documentation and compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of HR operations.
- Retail industry experience will be preferred.
- Female candidates preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle.
- Handle and maintain Zoho People and Zoho Payroll.
- Develop and implement structured HR processes, policies, and systems.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee records.
- Support performance management, probation, PIP, and employee engagement processes.
- Ensure proper HR documentation and compliance.
- Coordinate with management and employees on HR-related matters.
- Identify gaps in existing HR processes and work towards improving and standardizing them.
