We are looking for an experienced HR skilled with Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience to independently manage core HR operations & Payroll.
Key Responsibilities: End-to-end payroll processing and salary coordination Attendance, leave and employee records management Expense verification and approvals Employee onboarding and exit formalities Handling day-to-day HR operations and employee queries Managing statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity and related documentation Maintaining HR records, policies and compliance documents Coordinating with accounts and management on payroll, reimbursements and employee-related matters Requirements: Minimum 5–6 years of hands-on HR experience Strong experience in payroll, attendance, HR operations and statutory compliance Good knowledge of HR documentation and labour-related processe
