- Graduate / Post Graduate in HR, Personnel Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 15+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Engineering, Machinery, Manufacturing, or Industrial Product companies.
- Strong experience in Plant HR / Factory HR.
- Manage complete HR operations for the plant.
- Handle manpower planning, recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations and address employee grievances effectively.
- Handle contract labour and workforce management.
- Ensure proper attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee records.
- Manage statutory compliances related to labour laws and factory operations.
- Coordinate with management regarding HR policies, manpower requirements, and employee-related matters.
- Handle disciplinary actions and maintain a positive work setting.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures as per company requirements.
- Conduct employee engagement, training, and development activities.
- Monitor employee performance and support the appraisal process.
- Coordinate with various departments for smooth manpower utilization.
- Maintain proper HR documentation and MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and statutory requirements.
- Support management in resolving plant-level HR and employee-related issues.
