Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding of current hires.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview schedules.
- Conduct preliminary screening of resumes, cover letters, and conduct first-round interviews for non-technical positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to attract top candidates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements during the entire recruitment lifecycle.
