- Manage employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain and monitor attendance, leave, employee records, and HR MIS.
- Ensure timely implementation of ?? ????????, processes, and statutory compliances.

grievance handling, and staff retention initiatives.
- Coordinate with the ????????? and school leadership on HR-related matters.
- Support performance management, appraisals, and disciplinary processes.
- Maintain accurate personnel files and ensure HR documentation is up to date.
- Assist in building a positive, professional, and employee-friendly work environment.

- Strong understanding of school staff recruitment and HR operations.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to independently manage HR operations and work closely with school leadership.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR MIS.
