Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Intern to support the HR team with routine recruitment, coordination, documentation, and employee-related activities. This role is suitable for candidates who want practical exposure to day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the HR team with recruitment and candidate coordination.
- Support job posting and resume collection activities.
- Screen resumes based on basic role requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and team members.
- Maintain candidate details and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with joining formalities and basic employee documentation.
- Update HR records and maintain files systematically.
- Support attendance and other routine HR-related data updates.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and required documents.




- Assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and candidate information.

Eligibility

- Candidates pursuing or having completed a degree/diploma in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field can apply.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Working knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn HR processes.
- Freshers and recent graduates are welcome.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
