HR Intern – Hospitality Industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in recruitment for hotels, restaurants, and restobars

- Source and screen candidates for F&B;, Kitchen, Housekeeping, and Support roles

- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups

- Support joining formalities and onboarding

- Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation

- Assist with attendance, leave, HRMS, and payroll inputs

- Coordinate with outlet managers and department heads for manpower requirements

- Support employee engagement and grievance handling

- Assist with exit formalities and F&F; documentation

- Prepare daily/weekly HR MIS and recruitment reports

- Support the HR team in day-to-day HR Operations

Requirements:

- Graduate / pursuing HR or related course

- Valuable communication and coordination skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office

- Interest in Hospitality HR

- Freshers are welcome

- Willing to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
