Sovereign SLM Labs is looking for enthusiastic HR / Talent Acquisition Interns who want hands on exposure to recruitment in the fast growing AI and technology space.

This role is ideal for freshers or early career professionals interested in IT recruitment, talent acquisition and technology hiring .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment activities for IT and business roles
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidate profiles
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases and social media
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, communication and role fit
- Coordinate technical, managerial and HR interview rounds
- Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers and MIS
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support offer discussions, documentation and joining formalities
- Build talent pipelines for current and future requirements
- Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives

You may get exposure to hiring across areas such as AI/ML, Generative AI, LLM/SLM, Software Development, Data Engineering, Cloud & DevOps, QA, Full Stack, Product, Technology Leadership, Sales and Business Development.

Who Can Apply

We welcome candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience , including freshers.

You should have good communication and interpersonal skills,



strong follow up and coordination abilities, and an interest in recruitment and the technology industry.

Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing, job portals or Boolean search is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Opportunity Details

Location: Fully Remote

Type: Part Time Internship

Working Hours: Approximately 3 to 4 hours per day

Shift: India business hours

Compensation: No fixed stipend. Performance based incentives will be provided based on contribution and results.

Certificate: Internship certificate upon successful completion
