Rezonest Digital & Services is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team in Pune.

Location: Pune

Internship Period: 3–6 Months

Stipend will be provide

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Assist in recruitment and sourcing candidates through various platforms.
- Screen resumes and coordinate with candidates for interviews.
- Schedule interviews and maintain candidate records.
- Assist in onboarding and joining formalities.
- Support day-to-day HR activities and documentation.
- Maintain and update employee and recruitment-related records.
- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams as required.

Requirements

- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Willingness to learn and develop a career in HR.

Based on your performance during the internship, a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) may be provided.
