We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized HR Intern – Campus Hiring to support our Pan-India campus recruitment activities from the Corporate Office. The candidate will work closely with the Regional HR teams, Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), colleges and internal stakeholders to coordinate and execute campus hiring activities. The role will provide hands-on exposure to campus recruitment, candidate coordination, HR reporting, stakeholder management and recruitment operations .

Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with Regional HR teams for campus hiring requirements, candidate pipelines and recruitment activities. Coordinate with college Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) for campus drives, job postings, student data and interview schedules. Maintain and regularly update campus hiring trackers, candidate databases and recruitment reports .

Monitor candidate status from sourcing and screening to selection, offer and joining . Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS and recruitment reports for management and HR teams. Follow up with Regional HR teams and colleges for pending candidate information, interview schedules, offers and joining status .





Support scheduling of virtual and physical campus interviews, selection processes and onboarding coordination . Maintain records of colleges contacted, campus drives conducted, candidates sourced, selected and joined. Assist in coordinating campus hiring campaigns, job postings, posters, QR codes and other recruitment communication .

Build and maintain a database of colleges, TPO contacts and potential candidates for future hiring requirements. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely closure of campus hiring requirements. Occasionally travel to colleges/institutes for campus recruitment drives, job fairs and other hiring activities .

Support other HR and recruitment-related activities as assigned. Internship & Career Chance 1-Year Paid Internship Program During the internship, the candidate will get practical exposure to HR and campus recruitment operations. Based on performance, business requirements and availability of a suitable position , the candidate may be considered for absorption as a full-time employee upon successful completion of the internship.
