- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Coordinate with candidates regarding interviews and follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Assist in preparing and posting job descriptions.
- Support the HR team in daily recruitment activities.
- Communicate with candidates professionally through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Assist with joining formalities and basic HR documentation.
- Learn and support other HR activities as assigned by the HR team.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
