About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in recruitment, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in the complete recruitment cycle and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.

- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, internship letters, and other HR documents.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives.
- Perform additional HR-related tasks as assigned.

Required Skills





* Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

* Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree (BBA, B.Com, B.A., MBA, PGDM, or equivalent).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
