Location: Kadathur Pirivu, Coimbatore

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Manager to oversee the organization's human resources functions. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, HR policies, compliance, training, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll, salary processing, incentives, and statutory requirements.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns.
- Monitor employee performance and coordinate performance appraisal processes.
- Identify training and development requirements and organize relevant programs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
- Promote employee engagement, workplace culture, and retention initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports,



manpower plans, and management dashboards.
- Coordinate employee exit processes, including resignations, final settlements, and exit interviews.
- Advise management and employees on HR-related matters.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PG Diploma in HR is preferred.
- 10–15 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Positive knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/payroll software.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
