Stipend: ₹5,000 per month

Job Summary

ETOS Technology is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support the HR team in recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and day-to-day HR operations. The candidate will get hands-on exposure to various HR activities in a startup setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Assist with joining formalities and employee onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documents.
- Support preparation of HR letters, reports, and Excel trackers.
- Coordinate with departments for manpower requirements.




- Assist in employee engagement and HR activities.
- Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks.

Requirements

- Pursuing or completed MBA/PGDM – HR, BBA, B.Com, or any relevant degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
