Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR Lead to drive the overall people function and act as a strategic HR partner to the business. The role will involve managing the employee lifecycle, strengthening people processes, supporting business leaders, and driving Talent Acquisition for critical positions.

The ideal candidate should have strong HRBP experience along with hands-on expertise in recruitment and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders and managers on people-related matters and provide HRBP support.
- Own end-to-end Talent Acquisition for critical and leadership positions.
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies aligned with business requirements.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, performance management and exit processes.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and build a positive employee experience.
- Support performance management, goal setting and appraisal processes.
- Handle employee relations and address workplace concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and strengthen HR policies,



processes and systems as the organization scales.
- Work closely with leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure and manpower requirements.
- Track HR metrics and provide actionable insights to business leaders.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant initiatives.
- Support organizational culture-building and people initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory HR requirements.
- Manage and mentor the HR/TA team, as applicable.

Candidate Profile

- 812 years of overall HR experience with strong HRBP + Talent Acquisition exposure.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth organization is preferred.
- Prior experience in D2C, E-commerce, Consumer, Wellness, Beauty, FMCG or similar industries will be an advantage.
- Strong hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, including leadership and niche hiring.
- Good understanding of HR processes, employee engagement and performance management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and people-management skills.
- Should be comfortable working from the office 5 days a week.
