Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations with a strong focus on payroll processing, employee records, attendance, leave management and HR administration.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll and HR operations and be comfortable working with HRMS and Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Payroll & Compensation: Manage monthly payroll processing; verify attendance, leave and overtime inputs; maintain salary records, handle payroll queries; assist with PF, ESI, PT and TDS requirements; coordinate with Finance/Accounts for payroll processing and reconciliation.
- HR Operations: Manage employee documentation, onboarding and exit formalities; maintain attendance and leave records; prepare HR MIS reports; support HR policies; address routine employee queries; maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- General HR Activities:



Support recruitment and interview coordination when required; assist with employee engagement initiatives; prepare HR letters and reports; maintain compliance documentation; coordinate with departments for smooth HR operations.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Payroll & HR Operations.
- Good knowledge of attendance and leave management.
- Working knowledge of PF, ESI, PT and TDS.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and preferably HRMS/payroll software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality.
- Positive organizational and time-management skills.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR Operations and Payroll.
- Candidates from Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, Start-up or similar industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
