V I Point is looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support employees throughout the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills with hands-on experience in HR processes.

Qualification: MBA in Human Resources / MHRM (mandatory). Employment type: Full-time, based at Infopark, Kochi.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding

Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to close positions within timelines

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels

Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and recruitment reports

Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities

Manage HR operations including attendance, leave, employee records, and HR documentation

Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives





Assist with performance management, employee grievances, and HR communications

Manage employee exit and clearance formalities

Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures

Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records

Support other HR and administrative activities as required

Requirements

MBA in Human Resources / HR Management is mandatory

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, or Talent Acquisition

Robust knowledge of recruitment and general HR practices

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal, coordination, and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, job portals, and HRMS

Prior experience in IT/Technology recruitment
