Role Description The HR Executive – Rajkot [TA & Ops] at Synchro Electricals Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot. This role involves supporting talent acquisition activities, including coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, maintaining recruitment databases, and assisting with onboarding processes. The HR Executive will also contribute to operations-related tasks such as maintaining documentation, supporting internal coordination between teams, and ensuring timely follow-ups on assigned action items.

The position requires close collaboration with consultants and leadership to streamline processes, prepare reports, and support the smooth execution of client engagements. The role calls for proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and consistent adherence to company standards and timelines.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and administrative skills,



including documentation management and coordination of day-to-day operations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates, internal teams, and leadership.
- Basic understanding of talent acquisition processes, such as scheduling, candidate pipeline tracking, and onboarding support.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email, and online collaboration platforms).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to prepare simple reports and track operational and recruitment metrics.
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in business, human resources, or a related field is preferred. Army Background candidates are also considered.
- Previous experience in HR operations, talent acquisition coordination, or consulting support roles will be an advantage.
