Job Summary The HR Executive is responsible for managing key HR functions, including recruitment,
onboarding, payroll, and employee engagement. This role ensures compliance with HR policies, supports performance management, and fosters a positive work setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage payroll processing, employee benefits, and compliance with HR policies.
- Support performance management and employee training programs.
- Address employee grievances and promote a healthy workplace culture.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate necessary reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
