Role Summary
We are looking for an HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience in a structured or semi-structured manufacturing organisation. The candidate should have experience supporting HR operations for 500–1,000 employees, including permanent and contract workers.
The role includes recruitment, employee lifecycle management, attendance, payroll inputs, statutory compliance, contract manpower, factory administration and ERP-based HRMS support.
Roles and Responsibilities1. Recruitment and Manpower Management
- Coordinate manpower requirements with production and department heads.
- Manage recruitment for workers, operators, technicians, supervisors and staff.
- Handle candidate sourcing, interviews, offers, joining formalities and induction.
1. Employee Lifecycle and HR Operations
- Manage onboarding, confirmation, transfer, promotion, separation and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, appointment letters and HR documentation.
- Address employee queries, grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace concerns.
1. Attendance, Payroll and HRMS Support
- Monitor attendance, shifts, leave, overtime, weekly offs and absenteeism.
- Prepare and verify monthly payroll inputs for permanent and contract employees.
- Update and maintain employee data in ERP/HRMS software and support attendance, leave and payroll-related processes.
- Coordinate with the accounts and payroll teams to resolve attendance or salary discrepancies.
1. Statutory and Contract Labour Compliance
- Support compliance relating to PF, ESI, LWF, minimum wages, bonus and gratuity.
- Maintain statutory records, registers,
challans and contractor documentation.
- Coordinate with manpower suppliers for worker deployment, wage payment and compliance.
1. Factory Administration and Vendor Management
- Coordinate with manpower suppliers, canteen contractors, security agencies and housekeeping vendors.
- Monitor canteen, security, uniforms, transport and employee welfare facilities.
- Verify vendor attendance, service quality, supporting documents and billing inputs.
- Support factory audits, inspections, employee engagement and workplace discipline.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
- MBA in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
Required Experience
- 2–3 years of HR and administration experience in a manufacturing organisation.
- Experience supporting a workforce of approximately 500–1,000 employees.
- Experience handling permanent employees, contract workers and manpower suppliers.
- Hands-on experience using ERP or HRMS software for employee records, attendance, leave and payroll support.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of factory HR operations and labour-law compliance.
- Working knowledge of PF, ESI, LWF and contract labour documentation.
- Proficiency in ERP/HRMS software, MS Excel and attendance systems.
- Strong employee handling, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation and vendor-management abilities.
Preferred Candidate Profile The candidate should be practical, disciplined and comfortable working in a semi-structured factory environment. The person must be willing to work closely with employees on the shop floor and independently manage routine HR and administrative responsibilities. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
