Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive with hands-on experience in technical recruitment, along with valuable communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination.
- Handle technical hiring for profiles such as React Native, MERN Stack, and other IT roles.
- Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain employee records, HR documents, and recruitment databases.
- Coordinate with hiring managers regarding manpower requirements.
- Post job openings on relevant job portals and recruitment platforms.




- Assist with attendance, leave records, and HR operations.
- Handle employee queries and support smooth HR processes.

Requirements
- 6 Months – 1 Year of HR experience.
- Hands-on technical recruitment experience is mandatory.
- Experience in hiring for React Native, MERN Stack, or similar IT profiles preferred.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements.
