Job Summary

The Senior Executive - PH Helpdesk He Compliance Coordination will be responsible for managing employee helpdesk operations related to labor law compliance, employee advantages, statutory registrations, and compliance-related queries across locations. The role will serve as the key interface between internal stakeholders, employees, business HR teams, and the onboarded compliance service provider to ensure timely resolution of helpdesk tickets and effective management of compliance activities. The incumbent will coordinate with the compliance vendor to monitor statutory deliverables, maintain compliance records, track escalations, and support audits while ensuring adherence to applicable labor laws, social security regulations, and company policies. The role requires strong stakeholder management, governance orientation, analytical skills, and the ability to drive service excellence through vendor management.

Responsibilities

- PH Helpdesk Management Compliance Vendor Coordination - Coordinate with the onboarded compliance service provider for execution of compliance-related activities across locations.

- Track delivery timelines, statutory compliance calendars,



reports, and documentation submitted by the vendor.

- Conduct periodic review meetings with the vendor to evaluate performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs.

- Escalate critical non-compliance risks and drive corrective action plans.

- Ensure vendor adherence to contractual obligations and service expectations.

- Maintain compliance trackers, document repositories, and audit-ready records.

- Coordinate closure of observations arising from internal audits, external audits, statutory inspections, and compliance assessments.

- Provide periodic updates and management reports on helpdesk performance and compliance status.

- Support awareness sessions and communication initiatives related to statutory compliance requirements.
