About The Role This is a dual role with HR at its core .

You will work across HR operations, payroll, employee coordination and administration , while also managing the front desk at our Head Office.

Since we are a B2B organisation, front desk footfall is relatively low, giving you plenty of room to focus on HR and take ownership of day to day people operations.

What You'll Do

- Handle day to day HR operations and employee queries
- Manage employee records, documentation, attendance and leave
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and resolve discrepancies
- Support onboarding, exits and other employee lifecycle activities
- Assist with recruitment,



interview coordination and candidate communication
- Support HR policies, processes and employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinate office administration, vendors and workplace requirements
- Manage calls, visitors, couriers and the front desk professionally
- Keep HR and administrative processes organised and running smoothly

What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations / HR & Admin
- Robust understanding of HR and payroll processes
- Good working knowledge of Excel and HR systems
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Organised, proactive and detail oriented
- Comfortable handling confidential information
- Someone who takes ownership and gets things done
