Position: HR Executive

- Managing end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement and offer closure.
- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking and other relevant channels.
- Managing offer discussions,



joining follow-ups and ensuring timely closure of open positions.
- Supporting day-to-day HR Operations, including employee documentation, onboarding, leave management, HRMS updates and employee records.
- Assisting in the implementation and administration of HR policies, processes and HRMS workflows.

What makes someone successful here?

- 0.6-2 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations, preferably in a fast-paced organisation, IT services, Staffing firm or skilled services environment.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview management, offer negotiation and joining follow-ups.
- Understanding of HR Operations, ESIC, PF, New Labour Codes and Employee lifecycle processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact with candidates, employees and business stakeholders.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, Job portals, and HRMS platforms (Keka, GreytHR, DarwinBox)
