We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Counsellor to join our international recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling candidates, understanding their career requirements, explaining suitable overseas job opportunities, and supporting them throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel candidates regarding overseas job opportunities based on their qualifications and experience.
- Explain job roles, eligibility criteria, salary, benefits, and recruitment procedures.
- Handle candidate enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Screen and assess candidates according to project requirements.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, document submission, medicals, visa processing, and deployment.
- Maintain regular communication and provide timely updates to candidates.
- Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams for candidate processing.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update the CRM.




- Handle candidate queries and concerns professionally.
- Achieve assigned counselling, conversion, and recruitment targets.
- Participate in recruitment drives, interviews, and candidate engagement activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR counselling, recruitment, sales, customer relations, or overseas recruitment will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, counselling, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work with targets and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
- Candidates with experience in international recruitment, healthcare recruitment, or technical recruitment are preferred.

Employment Type: Full-time Industry: International Recruitment & Consultancy

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
