Position Summary

Medivant Healthcare is seeking a proactive and results-oriented HR Associate Talent Acquisition to support recruitment activities for both our U.S. and India operations.

The primary responsibility of this position will be to manage and support end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, including pharmaceutical manufacturing, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, laboratory, warehouse, sales, engineering, corporate, and other business functions.

The HR Associate will work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to understand hiring requirements, source qualified candidates, conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, manage candidate pipelines, and support the offer and onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition – Primary Responsibility

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for both U.S. and India positions, from requisition to offer and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, qualifications, experience, location, compensation, and hiring priorities.
- Review job descriptions and develop appropriate sourcing strategies for each position.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Naukri, job boards, employee referrals, candidate databases, and other sourcing channels.
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates for difficult-to-fill and specialized positions.
- Review and screen resumes against job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone/video screening to evaluate candidates' experience, skills, communication, availability, compensation expectations, location, and overall alignment with the position requirements.
- Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers across U.S. and India time zones.
- Follow up with hiring managers to obtain timely interview feedback and hiring decisions.




- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information and recruitment status in the ATS.
- Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate offer approvals and offer documentation in accordance with company guidelines.
- Support background verification and other pre-employment screening requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with selected candidates through the pre-joining process.
- Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

U.S. & India Recruitment

- Handle recruitment for positions located in both the United States and India.
- Understand differences in sourcing practices, candidate expectations, compensation structures, and recruitment processes between the U.S. and India.
- Support recruitment for both local and specialized/niche positions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders working across different time zones.
- Maintain separate and accurate recruitment pipelines for U.S. and India hiring.

Recruitment Operations & Reporting

- Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS records for all assigned positions.
- Track open requisitions, candidates sourced, submissions, interviews, offers, acceptances, and joining status.
- Prepare regular recruitment status reports for the HR Manager and management.

Employer Branding & Sourcing

- Support job postings and recruitment marketing activities.
- Assist with employee referral programs and other sourcing initiatives.
- Identify new sourcing channels and methods to improve candidate pipelines.
- Support recruitment campaigns, career fairs,



and other talent acquisition initiatives when required.

HR Operations Support

- Assist with new-hire onboarding and completion of required documentation.
- Support background verification and pre-employment processes.
- Assist with HRIS/ATS updates and employee data entry.
- Support HR reports, audits, and other HR projects as assigned.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 03-07 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
- Experience handling end-to-end recruitment preferred.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Robust organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, Outlook, ATS, and HR systems.

Preferred Experience

- Experience recruiting for both U.S. and India positions.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
- Experience recruiting for pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, QA/QC, laboratory, warehouse, sales, technical, and corporate positions is a plus.
- Familiarity with U.S. recruitment processes and employment documentation is a plus.
- Experience working with hiring managers and candidates across different time zones.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a hands-on recruiter who can independently manage multiple requisitions, proactively source candidates, communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers, and manage recruitment activities across both U.S. and India markets. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where hiring priorities can change quickly and multiple positions may need to be handled simultaneously.
