Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, conducting interviews, and rolling out offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Use various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, consultants, referrals) to source candidates.
- Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction process for recent hires.
- Manage employee life cycle activities.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Maintain HRMS and employee records.
- Assist in drafting HR policies and ensuring implementation.




- Support in employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and recognition programs.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in non-IT Recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HRMS / ATS tools will be an added advantage.
- Good Knowledge of Job portals: Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, Interns Hala etc.
- Graduate candidates or result awaited candidate can apply.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

Please note that this JD is an overview of the major responsibilities. However, the responsibilities shall include but are not limited to this. The compensation depends upon your performance during the interview. Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
