- Operational Oversight: Manage daily housekeeping operations across patient rooms, operating suites, emergency departments, waiting areas, and administrative offices to ensure a safe and sanitary workplace.

- Infection Control &
- Compliance:

Enforce strict adherence to hospital infection control protocols, OSHA guidelines, EPA standards, and hazardous material (HazMat) handling procedures.

- Staff Supervision &

- Scheduling:

Supervise, train, and mentor housekeeping staff; create and manage shift schedules to ensure 24/7 coverage and optimal departmental staffing.

- Quality Assurance &

- Inspections:

Conduct regular, systematic inspections of facility cleanliness, equipment functionality, and staff performance; take immediate corrective action when standards are not met.

- Inventory &





- Equipment Management:

Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies, disinfectants, and personal protective equipment (PPE); place reorders and perform routine maintenance checks on cleaning equipment.

- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Coordinate closely with Nursing, Facility Management, and Infection Prevention teams to prioritize room turnovers, discharge cleanings, and specialized sanitation requests.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
