Hotel Receptionist – Hiring

We are looking for a friendly, skilled, and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out
- Handle reservations, guest queries, and phone calls
- Maintain accurate guest records and front-office documentation
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments
- Handle payments and basic billing procedures
- Ensure a pleasant and professional guest experience

Requirements

- Candidates who have completed or are pursuing a Hotel Management / Hospitality Management course are preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance
- Ability to work in shifts
- Freshers with relevant hotel management qualifications may also apply

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
