We are looking for a Food & Beverage Trainer to provide theory and practical training to candidates under the DDU-GKY skill development program.
Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or a related field
- Relevant experience in Food & Beverage Service
- Previous training/instructor experience will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Food & Beverage Service theory and practical training
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and industry-oriented training
- Guide and support trainees throughout the training program
- Maintain training records and trainee performance
- Prepare candidates for employment in the hospitality industry
Skills Required
- Good knowledge of Food & Beverage Service
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Training and presentation skills
- Ability to work with and motivate trainees
